    • 24 Hour Cancellation or Change policy strictly enforced

      It is the responsibility of the client to cancel or change any schedule cleaning appointment 24 hours in advance. 100% of cleaning price will be charged and will apply to all last minute cancellation.
    • Credit card information is required for all customers

      Payment is due at the time of service All charges/payment will be processed within 48 business hours of your cleaning. See credit card authorization form.

If you are ever dissatisfied with your cleaning at anytime, Please call us within 24 hours. We will return to your home to fix anything that was not to your satisfaction.
